We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong creative vision and exceptional hand-rendered illustration ability. This role is perfect for a designer who can seamlessly blend traditional hand-drawn artistry with modern CAD techniques, producing artwork that elevates our products across categories.

You will work closely with our garment designers, product development teams, and factories (UK and overseas) to bring to life a wide range of graphics—from intricate scarf illustrations to placement prints, all-over repeats, branding elements, and bespoke trims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create beautiful, detailed hand-drawn illustrations for our luxury silk scarves and accessories.
  • Produce CAD artwork for placement prints, all-over repeats, badges, labels, embroideries, and metal hardware.
  • Develop branding elements and premium trims that align with our luxury aesthetic.
  • Collaborate closely with garment designers to ensure graphic concepts integrate seamlessly into collections.
  • Work with UK and overseas factories to ensure artwork is production-ready and executed to the highest standard.
  • Maintain brand consistency across multi-product categories including womenswear, mens, kids, and homeware.
  • Manage artwork from initial concept through to final production.
  • Present concepts and design updates to the wider team.
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a fashion or lifestyle brand environment (essential).
  • Exceptional handwriting and hand-drawing ability, adaptable across styles.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Demonstrated experience producing detailed CAD artworks for fashion products.
  • A strong understanding of fashion graphics, print processes, and product development.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and with overseas manufacturers.
  • Passionate about luxury product, craft, and British heritage design.
