Holland Cooper is seeking an experienced Social Media Executive to join the team on a 12‐month fixed‐term Maternity Cover contract. This role is vital in shaping the brand's digital presence, driving engagement, and fostering a vibrant community across multiple social platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will oversee day‐to‐day social media operations and help bring the Holland Cooper story to life online.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day‐to‐day management of Holland Cooper's social media channels, including equestrian, ensuring consistent alignment with brand objectives and a premium aesthetic.
- Manage content planning, scheduling, publishing and execution across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, adapting plans quickly when required.
- Operate confidently in a fast‐paced environment, responding in real time to events, trends and opportunities with reactive and timely content.
- Write engaging, on‐brand social media copy that reflects Holland Cooper's luxury positioning and storytelling style.
- Capture and create behind‐the‐scenes content, including filming and editing short‐form video content during shoots and day‐to‐day brand moments.
- Attend key brand events such as Cheltenham Races, Burghley Horse Trials, and The Royal Highland Show to capture, curate, and share live and post‐event content.
- Monitor comments, messages and tags, engaging with the community to strengthen brand affinity and loyalty.
- Stay ahead of social and digital trends to maximise reach and engagement.
- Provide weekend and out‐of‐hours social media cover when required, particularly around events and key launches.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, analysing engagement, growth and campaign effectiveness to inform future strategy.
- Work closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, remaining flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

- Strong copywriting skills with a clear understanding of tone of voice and brand positioning.
- Confident filming and editing on mobile, with an eye for behind‐the‐scenes and in‐the‐moment content.
- Comfortable working in a fast‐moving environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities.
- Creative flair with strong visual storytelling instincts.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Educated to bachelor's level.
- Experience working in fashion or luxury lifestyle brands.
- Interest in or background with equestrian events.
