The Job

1 Year Fixed-Term Contract

Store Location: Thistle Centre, Stirling

Hours: 28 hours per week

Salary: ÂŁ13.45 per hour, 25% colleague discount, 28-days annual leave pro rata

Overview

Are you passionate about customer service? Keen to start your retail leadership career with the largest UK Health and Wellness Retailer? Our Retail Supervisors are our next generation of leaders, and we will provide you with all the tools to progress. You will assist in leading and coaching our Store Colleagues and act as a role model for world class customer service. You will assist in driving financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy and ensure full compliance with health and safety. To become a Health & Wellness specialist you will embark on a training programme that includes our “Qualified to Advise” and “Healthy Expert” qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.

To be successful, we\’d like you to show us that you have:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Organisation and planning skills to lead a team of colleagues daily
  • Excellent communication
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our products
  • The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge
  • The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results
