What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing store team, driving engagement, motivation, and results.

- Drive commercial success through effective management of sales, profit and loss, and store operations.
- Maintain strong stock accuracy, availability, and visual presentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Execute marketing, promotions, and planograms with precision and consistency.
- Champion the use of technology to enhance both team performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver regional success.
- Complete our Qualified to Advise training, so you can support customers with trusted expertise.
