Holland & Barrett is seeking an experienced SRE Manager to lead a high‑performing Site Reliability Engineers team. You will shape the SRE roadmap in collaboration with the Head of Platform, champion modern practices and drive reliability, observability, and automation across our cloud platforms and digital services.
You will partner with Engineering, Security, Data and Product teams to embed operational excellence from design through production, balancing reliability with innovation to deliver.
