We are on an ambitious journey to transform how we use data and technology to power the health and wellness experience for our customers. Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data are central to that ambition. Accurate, trusted, and accessible data is the backbone of our supply chain, digital commerce, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.
We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Senior Product Manager (SPM) to lead our PIM product area within the Master Data vertical. This is a permanent full-time contract position, with a strong preference for candidates based in the UK who can work in a hybrid model (two days a week in either our London Hub or Nuneaton office).
The role involves:
- Owning the PIM strategy and delivery, influencing cross-functional teams, and ensuring our product data is fit for future growth.
- Being accountable for ensuring that product information across H&B is complete, compliant, and consistent across all channels and systems.
- Anticipating business needs, providing escalation management, making trade-offs, and balancing customer, commercial, and compliance requirements against technical constraints.
- Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of the PIM product area – from discovery to delivery to optimisation.
- Developing and maintaining a compelling vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for PIM, aligned with wider Master Data and business goals.
- Leading discovery work using recognised frameworks (e.g., Double Diamond, Lean Discovery), ensuring data-driven decisions and first-class product documentation.
- Defining and tracking OKRs and KPIs, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value across compliance, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Championing data governance and quality standards, embedding compliance into all PIM solutions.
- Collaborating with engineering, data, supply chain, commercial, and digital teams to deliver scalable and integrated solutions.
- Supporting the Product Lead – Master Data, representing the vertical in leadership and cross-functional forums and contributing to the wider Master Data strategy.
- Building a strong working relationship with business stakeholders, proactively communicating, creating transparency, alignment and fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Mentoring and coaching junior Product Managers, sharing product craft expertise and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in Master Data Management, FMCG, Supply Chain, or Retail.
- Expertise in Product Information Management (PIM), Master Data Management (MDM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or equivalent product data systems.
- Strong knowledge and technical understanding of data governance, taxonomy, and data quality principles.
- Experience integrating PIM/MDM solutions with ERP, eCommerce, and digital platforms.
- Strong awareness of emerging AI trends and the ability to apply them pragmatically to enhance product data capabilities and customer value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to challenge assumptions to focus on solving the right problems.
- Proficiency with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Miro, Confluence).
- Experience in both B2B and B2C environments is desirable.
