We are looking for a Retention Analyst to join our Customer Growth Analytics team and help shape how we engage, retain and understand our customers. You’ll work at the heart of CRM, loyalty and lifecycle marketing — turning data into meaningful insights that improve customer experiences and support long‑term growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern tools, collaborate across teams and make a visible impact in a business going through major transformation.
Location & Working arrangement
London, UK | Full Time. We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you’ll be present at our London office for a minimum of 2 days per week.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with CRM, Loyalty and Marketing teams to understand customer behaviour and retention trends
- Building clear, impactful dashboards and reports that support business decisions
- Analysing campaign performance, customer journeys and loyalty programme engagement
- Writing SQL queries to extract, transform and analyse large datasets
- Supporting A/B testing and post-campaign analysis to improve customer engagement
- Collaborating with analysts, BI developers and product teams to deliver data‑led solutions
- Contributing to sprint planning and analytics delivery across projects
- Continuously developing your skills with support from experienced colleagues and a modern analytics environment
Key requirements
- Experience working in a data or analytics role, ideally within CRM, loyalty or marketing analytics
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets
- The ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for different audiences
- Experience building dashboards and visualisations, ideally in Metabase or similar tools
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with cross‑functional teams
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage priorities independently
- A degree in a quantitative subject such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or Computer Science
