Job Details

Job Type: Permanent; Store Location: De la Salle Place, Castlebar; Working Pattern: 20 hours per week; Hourly Rate: €14.70 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Be the face customers trust and guide them on their wellness journey.
• Keep shelves stocked, displays looking great, and promotions running smoothly.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, and store presentation.
• Complete the Qualified to Advise training to support customers with trusted expertise.
• Showcase growing expertise by recommending products and solutions.
• Work together with your team to achieve store targets and deliver outstanding results.
• Act as a Health and Wellness Ambassador for our customers.

Who You Are

• A natural communicator with excellent people skills.
• Must be passionate about health, wellness, and willing to keep learning.
• Must be a team player with the ability to multi‑task and stay organised.
• Must be comfortable using technology, including tablets for product reviews and solutions.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a bonus, but passion and attitude matter most; we provide full training.
