Regional Manager

Overview

12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Regional Location: Scotland East or West (26 Stores). Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Salary: Industry Competitive.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you\’ll inspire store teams, shape commercial performance and create environments where colleagues feel supported to do their best work.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and supporting around 26 Store Managers and 200 colleagues across your region
• Driving strong sales performance, operational excellence and customer experience in every store
• Using data and insight to spot trends, identify opportunities and turn plans into action
• Building confident, capable store leadership teams through coaching, succession planning and development
• Championing colleague engagement, wellbeing, apprenticeships and talent development
• Ensuring high standards of compliance across operations, EHS and audits
• Managing payroll, shrinkage and controllable costs to maximise commercial outcomes
• Working closely with central teams including Commercial, HR, Supply and Marketing
