Own Brand Assistant Souring Manager (39659)

Location & working arrangement Nuneaton, UK | Full-time | Permanent We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at one of our Holland & Barrett offices in Nuneaton (or another designated location) for a minimum of 2 days per week, alongside regular supplier visits and travel between our Burton and Nuneaton hubs. The Role * Support the delivery of sourcing strategies that improve supplier performance, product quality and cost efficiency * Lead or support tender and supplier selection processes, including RFIs and RFQs * Build strong supplier relationships and support onboarding in line with Holland & Barrett standards * Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery and cost KPIs, driving continuous improvement * Support cost modelling and sourcing analysis to identify efficiencies and value opportunities * Work closely with Product Development, Supply Chain, Product Integrity and Finance teams to support successful product launches * Identify supply chain risks and support mitigation planning * Maintain accurate sourcing data, reporting and dashboards to support decision‑making The Person * Experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain roles with supplier management responsibility is essential * Knowledge of tender processes, supplier negotiations and cost management * Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capability * Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment * Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills * Strong organisation and project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities * Knowledge of procurement systems or sourcing platforms; CIPS qualification or studies would be advantageous What we offer * H&B Employee Discount - 25% * Pension company contribution * Exclusive benefits, free advice and savings from a range of retailers and providers * Many more!
