Location & working arrangement: Nuneaton or London (UK). We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at one of our Holland & Barrett offices in Nuneaton or London for a minimum of 2 days per week. This role will be offered as an FTC between 6-8 months dependent on start date.

As we continue to strengthen our technology capability, we're looking for a Technology Resourcing Business Partner to help us build high‑performing technology teams that are future‑ready and thoughtfully scaled. This role is suited to an experienced in‑house Technology Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders and brings clarity and knows how to attract exceptional Software Engineering talent at scale.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end‑to‑end (360) recruitment for technology roles, with a strong focus on software engineering.
- Partnering closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to shape hiring plans and recruitment strategies.
- Delivering high‑quality hiring for senior and high‑proficiency engineers in a competitive market.
- Supporting the growth of technology teams through proactive sourcing and market insight.
- Championing an inclusive, respectful and candidate‑first recruitment experience.
- Using data and insight to improve time‑to‑hire, quality of hire and overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Managing and optimising relationships with external recruitment partners where required.
- Strengthening our employer brand across the tech community.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in in‑house technology recruitment, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Deep expertise in software engineering recruitment is a must.
- Experience scaling or growing technology teams in fast‑moving environments.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
