What You’ll Be Doing
- Turn analytics into actionable commercial moves that improve negotiation outcomes and supplier profitability.
- Coach Category Managers and Directors across the UK & Ireland and Benelux in end‑to‑end negotiation thinking and storytelling.
- Shape supplier strategies, partnering on category strategies and negotiating plans that balance short‑term wins with long‑term advantage.
- Lead or support negotiations, adding structure, insight and commercial sharpness that moves the needle.
- Embed new ways of working across the group to build consistency, confidence and capability in supplier relationships.
