We're looking for a Senior MarTech Manager to lead and evolve our marketing technology ecosystem at a pivotal stage in our transformation. This is a highly strategic role where you'll connect technology, data and marketing performance, enabling smarter customer experiences, stronger commercial outcomes and scalable growth across our markets.

The Role

  • Own and optimise Holland & Barrett's MarTech ecosystem, ensuring platforms, data and processes deliver measurable business value.
  • Enable CRM, personalisation and customer engagement through effective use of customer data and marketing technology.
  • Lead tracking, tagging and measurement capabilities across web and app environments.
  • Drive best practice across Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking and data architecture.
  • Develop and enhance CDP capabilities, enabling audience activation across CRM and Paid Media channels.
  • Support the growth of our Digital Asset Management, Retail Media and Loyalty technology capabilities.
  • Evaluate new technologies, manage vendor relationships and ensure strong governance across the MarTech stack.
  • Partner with Marketing, Loyalty, Digital, Data and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, future-focused solutions across multiple markets.

The Person

  • Proven experience leading MarTech, digital analytics or marketing technology functions within a complex organisation.
  • Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager, tagging strategies, data layers, APIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Braze and Customer Data Platforms such as Hightouch.
  • Strong understanding of personalisation, customer lifecycle marketing and first-party data strategies.
  • Experience managing technology vendors, budgets and platform roadmaps.
  • The ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative approach, curiosity to learn and a passion for continuous improvement.
