As an HR Business Partner supporting our Head Office teams, you will play a critical role in driving business performance through people strategy, delivering clear, measurable impact on growth, capability and organisational effectiveness. This is a high impact, delivery-focused role where you will partner closely with senior leaders to shape and execute people plans that directly influence business outcomes.

You will be expected to own initiatives end-to-end, from diagnosis through to delivery, ensuring tangible results rather than simply supporting activity. You will operate at pace, connect multiple business challenges, and translate complex organisational needs into clear, actionable solutions that improve performance.

Location: We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you will be present at our Nuneaton office for a minimum of 2 days per week.

The Role

  • Partner senior leaders to align people plans with business priorities
  • Identify capability gaps and work with Talent and L&D teams to deliver targeted development
  • Support organisational change and transformation to improve effectiveness and performance
  • Provide insight and challenge on organisation design, workforce planning and team effectiveness
  • Lead the delivery of our talent and performance strategy, building a strong performance culture
  • Encourage and support teams to engage with performance processes, tools and systems
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver practical, scalable people solutions

  • Partner senior leaders to drive business performance through people strategy
  • Lead and deliver organisational change and transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Diagnose organisational challenges and implement solutions that improve performance, capability and efficiency
  • Use data, insight and external perspective to influence decisions and challenge the status quo
  • Own talent and performance interventions from design through to delivery and impact measurement
  • Strengthen leadership capability and build high-performing, accountable teams
  • Work across HR Centres of Expertise to deliver aligned, outcome-focused solutions
