Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for health and wellness? We\’re looking for a Marketing Copywriter to join the H&B&Me team on a 12-month fixed-term contract , helping bring our brand to life across CRM, digital campaigns, social media, and in-store experiences. You\’ll craft copy that connects, inspires, and drives real action—from inbox to shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Write smart, engaging copy for CRM journeys, including welcome flows, nudges, and reactivation emails
- Develop messaging across social, digital, and in-store channels for seasonal and campaign activations
- Partner with CRM, brand, product, and insight teams to create content that\’s timely, tailored, and effective
- Champion and evolve the H&B&Me tone of voice across platforms and customer journeys
- Support content performance testing, optimisation, and messaging strategy
- Shape messaging hierarchies for new offers, propositions, and health content
- Collaborate on brand storytelling that supports our mission of healthier living for all
- Educate and support cross-functional teams on tone of voice principles
Location:
This is a hybrid role based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience writing CRM and marketing copy, ideally in a fast-paced brand or agency environment
- Strong understanding of messaging strategy, customer journeys, and performance-led content
- Ability to adapt tone across formats while keeping messaging consistent and impactful
- Creative thinker, team player, and skilled collaborator
