Leading a region of 26 stores and around 200 colleagues, you’ll inspire high‑performing teams, deliver strong commercial results, and create exceptional customer experiences. What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers across your region to build high‑performing, engaged teams
  • Driving sales, customer and operational KPIs across all stores
  • Creating a culture where colleagues feel supported, motivated and empowered to succeed
  • Using data and insight to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve performance
  • Working cross‑functionally with teams including HR, Commercial, Finance, Property and Learning & Development
  • Supporting talent and succession planning across the region, helping colleagues grow their careers
  • Ensuring high standards across customer experience, store compliance, availability and operational excellence
  • Building strong connections within local communities and championing the Holland & Barrett brand
