What You'll Do
- Partner with your Store Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Coach colleagues to deliver world‑class service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain a customer‑first approach, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Drive commercial performance by managing sales, cost control, and operational excellence.
- Ensure stock accuracy, visual standards, and promotional execution are always on point.
- Uphold high standards of compliance, safety, and wellbeing across the store.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development to help your team perform at their best.
- Complete product training and keep up to date with new health and wellness trends.
- Complete our Qualified to Advise training, so you can support customers with trusted expertise.
