Lead planning and forecasting cycles, improve reporting, turn data into commercial insight, influence strategic decisions, support OneStream implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles across the business.
- Own Capex consolidation, improve reporting visibility and insight.
- Deliver clear, high-quality reporting, dashboards, and financial storytelling for senior stakeholders.
- Act as key FP&A SME for OneStream implementation and reporting transformation.
- Identify opportunities across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow through insight‑led analysis.
- Partner with finance and non‑finance teams to support strategic decision‑making and value creation.
- Drive continuous improvement through greater consistency, automation, and smarter processes.
- Build strong relationships across Finance and the wider business, influencing with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience within retail, FMCG or omni‑channel businesses.
- Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability.
- Ability to communicate financial insight clearly to senior and non‑finance audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to challenge constructively.
- Experience improving reporting, planning or finance processes in a fast‑moving environment.
- Experience with OneStream or similar planning/reporting systems advantageous.
- Collaborative, curious and resilient approach, mindset focused on progress and continuous improvement.
