Store Location: High Street, Falkirk
Working Pattern: 10 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.17 per hour
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted face for customers on their wellness journey
- Maintain shelves, displays and promotions to ensure a polished store presentation
- Uphold high standards of compliance, safety and overall store appearance
- Complete Qualified to Advise training to provide trustworthy product guidance
- Recommend products and solutions based on growing expertise
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store targets and deliver outstanding results
- Act as a Health and Wellness Ambassador for customers
Qualifications
- Strong communicator with excellent people skills
- Passionate about health, wellness and a desire to continuously learn
- Team player capable of multi‑tasking and staying organised
- Comfortable using tablets for product reviews and solutions
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a bonus; enthusiasm and attitude are paramount; full training will be provided
