Designate Store Manager
, you'll support stores across your region, bringing leadership, coaching and commercial expertise wherever it's needed most.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys variety, thrives on new challenges and is ready to develop towards a permanent Store Manager position.
You'll work closely with Store Managers and Regional Managers, helping teams succeed while building the knowledge and experience to take the next step in your career.
- What you'll be doing
- Support stores across the region, leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.
- Coach and develop colleagues, helping teams build confidence, capability and product knowledge.
- Complete our Qualified to Advise training to provide trusted health and wellness guidance to customers.
- Drive operational excellence by supporting stock accuracy, compliance, visual merchandising and promotional activity.
- Work collaboratively with Store Managers and the Regional Manager to improve performance and share best practice across the region.
- Build the skills, knowledge and experience needed to step confidently into a permanent Store Manager role.
