Are you passionate about Customer Service? Driven to ensure Customer Satisfaction? Driven by sales? Then we have a brilliant opportunity to join our Customer Engagement Team at our Head Office in Nuneaton.
Our Customer Engagement Centre Advisors are the hidden heroes ensuring our customers are truly satisfied whether following an in-store purchase, online checkout or general query about a product or service we offer.
You’ll handle inbound calls, email queries along with our messaging service responding in a timely and professional manner, resolving any issues, and completing sales orders whilst maintaining high levels of customer service and being a brand ambassador for Holland and Barrett.
