We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to join us on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave, and help shape the future of personalisation and loyalty across our digital and in-store experiences. You'll lead two exciting product areas, including our H&B&Me loyalty programme, bringing teams together to create relevant, rewarding experiences that help customers feel supported on their wellness journeys. What you’ll be doing
- Shape the vision, strategy and roadmap for Personalisation and Loyalty.
- Lead multiple product teams to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.
- Create connected, personalised experiences across our website, app and stores.
- Work closely with technology, data, marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life.
- Use customer insights, experimentation and data to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
- Influence stakeholders and support wider digital transformation priorities.Experience leading customer-facing digital products and product strategy.
- Knowledge of personalisation, loyalty or digital customer experiences.
- Experience guiding teams through product discovery, delivery and optimisation.
- Confidence using data and customer research to inform decisions.
