About the Role

At Holland & Barrett, we're on a mission to make health and wellness a way of life for everyone. We're looking for a Product Manager Network & 3PLs to shape how products move across our fulfilment network and through our logistics partners. You'll lead the platforms and integrations that connect our systems with warehouses, carriers and marketplaces helping us deliver reliable, scalable fulfilment across stores, digital channels and international markets. We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at our Burton office for a minimum of 2 days per week. We also welcome applications from candidates based in Birmingham, Nottingham, Northampton and Leicester.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the Network & Logistics product area, shaping how orders and stock move across our fulfilment network and external partners.
  • Define and deliver the product roadmap for logistics capabilities including partner integrations, parcel tracking, delivery options and fulfilment orchestration.
  • Lead integrations with 3PL providers, carriers and marketplace fulfilment partners.
  • Build and evolve platforms that connect H&B systems with logistics providers across multiple markets.
  • Enable seamless fulfilment across digital, store, marketplace and on-demand channels.
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain and data teams to deliver reliable, API-led and event-driven solutions.
  • Improve routing, delivery configuration and partner orchestration to optimise performance and efficiency.
  • Support international expansion by enabling logistics and fulfilment capabilities in new markets.

Required Experience

  • Experience delivering technology products or platforms as a Product Manager.
  • Experience building systems that integrate with external partners or operational platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data and operational teams.
  • Confidence using operational metrics and performance data to guide decisions.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems simply.
  • Familiarity with agile product development and iterative delivery.
  • Experience in logistics, fulfilment, supply chain or retail environments is helpful.
