Our Retail Supervisors are our next generation of leaders, and we’ll provide you with all the tools to progress. You’ll assist in leading and coaching our Store Colleagues and act as a role model for world class customer service. You will assist in driving financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy and ensure full compliance with health and safety. To become a Health & Wellness specialist you’ll embark on a training programme that includes our “Qualified to Advise” and “Healthy Expert” qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.
