As a BI Developer in our central Business Intelligence team, you will design and deliver impactful dashboards and insights that shape decision-making across the business. Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you will translate complex questions into scalable data solutions, mentor others, and help build a modern, future-proof BI capability that supports our growth and purpose-led strategy.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in London or Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
The Role Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build and optimise high-impact dashboards in Metabase aligned to strategic KPIs
- Develop and optimise SQL and scalable data models across complex datasets
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Digital, Product and Supply Chain to shape data-driven decision-making
- Support delivery of BI roadmap initiatives, managing priorities, risks and quality standards
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics and Data Science on end-to-end data solutions
Person Requirements:
- Experience in BI or analytics within a commercial environment
- Strong SQL and data modelling capability with a performance focus
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders through clear data storytelling
- Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery, Matillion)
- Growth mindset with passion for quality, scalability and continuous improvement
