Are you passionate about shaping the future of health and wellness through insight? Holland & Barrett is seeking a visionary Wellness Solutions Insight & Foresight Lead to drive strategic, customer-led decision-making across our Wellness Solutions portfolio. In this senior role, you\βll lead insight strategy for H&B&Me, embedding customer understanding, behavioural insight, and market foresight into every stage of product and service development.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the insight and foresight strategy for Wellness Solutions, aligning with business and mission goals.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic decisions using customer, trend, and behavioural insight.
- Deliver robust research and foresight frameworks to identify emerging wellness opportunities.
- Translate multi-source insight into a single customer view to inform product, service, and personalisation strategies.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing insight team, embedding innovative and AI-enabled methodologies.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing to ensure insight drives customer engagement, retention, and long-term value.
- Champion ethical and impactful use of special category data in shaping preventative health journeys.
- Deliver compelling narratives that turn insight into action across functions and leadership teams.
Location:
The company has a base in London and Nuneaton and some travel will be required to both locations. There may also be occasional travel outside of the UK. We\βre a global, digitally enabled business and we expect our colleagues to be self-driven and to determine the most appropriate place to work each day to meet the requirements of the role, achieve their best performance and optimum output

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in insight, foresight, or strategy roles within a tech-enabled or wellness-focused organisation.
- Expertise across advanced research methods and behavioural insights.
- Commercially minded with strong storytelling and stakeholder influence skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in building agile, future-oriented insight teams.
- Passion for digital wellness and improving health outcomes through innovation.
