The Job

Job Type: Permanent

Store Location: High Street, Lewes

Hours: 20 hours per week

Salary: £13.45 per hour, 25% colleague discount, 28-days annual leave pro rata

Our Retail Supervisors are our next generation of leaders, and we\’ll provide you with all the tools to progress. Youll assist in leading and coaching our Store Colleagues and act as a role model for world class customer service.

You will assist in driving financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy and ensure full compliance with health and safety.

To become a Health & Wellness specialist youll embark on a training programme that includes our \”Qualified to Advise\” and \”Healthy Expert\” qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.

The Person

To be successful, we\’d like you to show us that you have:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Organisation and planning skills to lead a team of colleagues daily
  • Excellent communication
  • The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our products
  • The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge
  • The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results
