We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Personalisation to lead the development of connected, highly personalized experiences across our digital and physical channels, including our website, app, and in-store technology. This role involves delivering end-to-end journeys tailored to each customer, supporting our goal to help every customer achieve their unique health and wellness objectives. You will take full ownership of Holland & Barrett's in-house personalisation capabilities, defining strategy, roadmap, and execution across multiple teams. Collaborating with engineering, CRM, marketing, UX research, design, data science, and commercial teams, you will ensure our initiatives deliver measurable value across the customer lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the personalisation squad to define and deliver a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap across all customer touchpoints.
- Understand our customers deeply through data and research to inform product development.
- Partner with UX researchers to validate ideas, uncover insights, and optimize customer journeys.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to deliver customer-first products.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive insight-led product development.
- Own delivery across multiple squads, including writing PRDs and managing a Jira backlog.
- Continuously optimize through A/B testing, experimentation, and analytics.
- Track and achieve key success metrics such as engagement, conversion, NPS, and shopping frequency.
The Person
- 5+ years' experience in product management, preferably in personalisation, CRO, or digital customer experience.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful digital products that create value for customers and the business.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel customer journeys and creating seamless experiences.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in experimentation and research.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passionate about creating simple, engaging, and personalized customer experiences.
Desirable
- Knowledge of machine learning, recommendation engines, or omnichannel personalization.
- Experience with composable commerce platforms and embedding personalized journeys into them.
