Job Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Regional Location: Field based, covering Scotland East or West (26 Stores)
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

What you will be doing:
- Leading, coaching and supporting around 26 Store Managers and 200 colleagues across your region
- Driving strong sales performance, operational excellence and customer experience in every store
- Using data and insight to spot trends, identify opportunities and turn plans into action
- Building confident, capable store leadership teams through coaching, succession planning and development
- Championing colleague engagement, wellbeing, apprenticeships and talent development
- Ensuring high standards of compliance across operations, EHS and audits
- Managing payroll, shrinkage and controllable costs to maximise commercial outcomes
- Working closely with central teams including Commercial, HR, Supply and Marketing
