As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the development, optimisation, and growth of our digital wellness services marketplace.
As a Product Manager in our Business Tools team, you will help drive initiatives that support our marketing, content, analytics, and operations teams. You will work across internal platforms, martech tooling, and data infrastructure to improve team efficiency and unlock commercial and operational value.
What You Will Do:
- Support the development and execution of a product roadmap for internal tools, CMS improvements, martech integrations, and data enablement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable product plans.
- Work closely with marketing and ecommerce teams to identify opportunities for better martech enablement and process automation.
- Contribute to agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking.
- Gather user feedback and data to help shape product iterations and improvements.
- Monitor product performance through key metrics and assist in post-launch analysis.
The Person:
- Experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager, ideally working on internal tools, CMS platforms, analytics, or martech.
- A solid understanding of CMS platforms and integrations with ecommerce or marketing technology systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly and translate technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
- A genuine interest in health and wellness, and a drive to improve digital solutions that support this mission.
