About the role:
Are you passionate about data-driven decision making? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Holland & Barrett, the leading health and wellness retailer, is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Analytics team as a Product Analytics professional. Reporting to the Snr Product Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data insights and enabling evidence-based decision making across our organization.
- Utilize advanced SQL, Metabase, and Redshift to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources to uncover actionable insights and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and squads, to understand their reporting and analytical needs and provide them with the necessary support.
- Own the single source of truth for the business, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Conduct hypothesis-led learning in analytical data assets, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Utilize AB test evaluations to drive feature improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product analytics, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge.
- Provide analytics to optimise general operations within the business for supply chain, commercial & store tech
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase/Tableau etc
- Familiarity with Redshift or other similar data warehousing technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of A/B testing, experience in running retailed-based tool analytics
- Experience of BigQuery is desirable
