We have a fantastic opportunity to lead the development, coordination, and execution of strategic commercial partnerships that drive omnichannel growth, improve customer reach, and unlock new revenue streams. This role identifies, builds, and manages external partner relationships across retail, delivery, marketplace, and strategic brand platforms to deliver tangible business impact.

The Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Identification & Scouting: Research, assess, and prioritise partnership opportunities based on strategic fit and commercial potential. Build pipeline of partner candidates across multiple segments (retail, logistics, ecommerce, etc.).
  • Onboarding & Integration: Coordinate internal teams to support partner integration (tech, legal, supply chain, content, etc.). Own end-to-end onboarding timelines, documentation, and internal approvals.
  • Partner Management & Growth: Act as day-to-day lead for external partners, owning the relationship lifecycle. Ensure alignment on promotional calendar, assortment, experience standards, and service levels. Work with performance and marketing teams to optimise reach and revenue across partnerships.
  • Operational Coordination: Collaborate with retail, digital, and ops teams to ensure seamless execution across partner channels. Troubleshoot issues, raise blockers, and work across functions to drive resolutions.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards or trackers to monitor key partnership KPIs. Support internal reviews with insight-led reporting and clear recommendations. Drive test-and-learn loops with partners to validate growth potential or channel expansion.

Location: This role is based in London (or Nuneaton), and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub (or London) and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Managing external partnerships in retail, ecommerce, or consumer-facing platforms.
  • Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders around commercial initiatives.
  • Driving incremental revenue or reach through partner collaboration.
  • Exposure to contractual discussions and launch planning.
  • Track record of launching and scaling partnerships at a platform or tech-led business is a plus.
  • Ownership of negotiation, onboarding, go-live, and performance cycles across external partners.
  • Commercial models in omnichannel retail and ecommerce.
  • Onboarding workflows across legal, tech, ops, and marketing.
  • Retail customer experience expectations and brand protection principles.
