Senior IT/OT Cyber Engineer , you'll play a critical role in protecting the technology that keeps our stores, warehouses and operational environments running securely.
Working at the intersection of enterprise IT and Operational Technology (OT), you'll lead the design and delivery of security solutions that safeguard business-critical systems while enabling innovation.

- What you'll be doing
- Lead the security engineering of IT and OT environments across our stores, warehouses and operational sites.
- Design, implement and continuously improve secure architectures, configurations and engineering standards.
- Drive secure network segmentation, remote access and identity controls across distributed environments.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for IT and OT cyber security challenges and incidents.
- Assess cyber risks, provide pragmatic recommendations and support informed business decisions.
- Partner with infrastructure, engineering, operations and facilities teams to embed security by design.
- Mentor colleagues, share technical expertise and help develop security engineering best practice.
- Stay ahead of emerging cyber threats and continuously improve our security tooling and capabilities.
- What you'll bring
- Significant hands‑on experience securing enterprise IT environments, including system hardening and secure configuration.
- Strong experience working with operational, distributed or OT environments where resilience and availability are essential.
- Expertise across network security, segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, identity and endpoint security.
- The confidence to lead technical decisions, influence stakeholders and balance security with operational needs.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
- Experience with technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management platforms or OT technologies such as PLCs, SCADA or BMS would be an advantage.
