- Providing robust technical accounting guidance across the business, particularly around IFRS 16, IAS 38 and IFRS 15.
- Partnering with auditors, addressing queries, and driving improvements off the back of Management Letter Points.
- Developing and supporting the finance team through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
How we’ll see you making an impact:
- Group audit wrapped up and signed on time.
- A fixed asset register that’s complete, accurate and trusted.
- Month end results delivered cleanly and consistently - with fewer surprises.
- A compliant, timely RDEC submission.
- Processes improved, controls strengthened, and fewer gaps for external auditors to highlight.
- Strong relationships across Finance, Tech and wider international teams.
What you’ll need:
- ACA or ACCA qualification with significant post-qualified experience.
- Deep technical understanding of IFRS - especially IAS 38, IFRS 16 and IFRS 15.
- Senior level financial reporting experience, ideally in a retail environment.
- Experience managing the external audit process end to end.
- Strong financial controls background and a track record of improving processes.
- Confidence challenging stakeholders and guiding decision.
- Exceptional Excel capability and comfort with modern finance systems.
- The ability to juggle competing deadlines without dropping the quality bar.
What you’ll get:

- Free wellness diagnostic tests - knowing your health is the first step to improving it.
- Exclusive discounts on wellness services, gym memberships, and more.
