Nuneaton, UK | Full-time | Hybrid working. We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you'll be present at our Nuneaton office for a minimum of 2 days per week.

The Role: Finance can either report the story or help shape it. This role does both.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and management reporting cycles across the business.
  • Owning Capex consolidation and improving reporting visibility and insight.
  • Delivering clear, high-quality reporting, dashboards and financial storytelling for senior stakeholders.
  • Acting as a key FP&A subject-matter expert for OneStream implementation and reporting transformation.
  • Identifying opportunities across P&L, balance sheet and cashflow through insight-led analysis.
  • Partnering with finance and non-finance teams to support strategic decision-making and value creation.
  • Helping drive continuous improvement through greater consistency, automation and smarter processes.
  • Building strong relationships across Finance and the wider business, influencing with confidence and clarity.

The Person: What you’ll bring:

  • A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience within retail, FMCG or omni-channel businesses.
  • Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability.
  • The ability to communicate financial insight clearly to senior and non-finance audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Experience improving reporting, planning or finance processes in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with OneStream or similar planning/reporting systems would be advantageous.
  • A collaborative, curious and resilient approach, with a mindset focused on progress and continuous improvement.
