As an HR Business Partner supporting our Commercial and Marketing teams, you will play a key role in shaping how we grow, perform and support our people. This is a high impact role where you will partner closely with senior leaders at the heart of our business, influencing how we build capability, structure teams and deliver against our growth ambitions. You will turn strategy into action, helping create an environment where people can do their best work and our business can thrive. From embedding a high performing, inclusive and supportive culture to strengthening leadership capability and talent pipelines, your work will directly shape the experience of our teams and the success of our customers.

Location: We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you will be present at our Nuneaton office for a minimum of 2 days per week.

The Role

  • Partner senior leaders across Commercial and Marketing to align people plans with business priorities
  • Identify capability gaps and work with Talent and L&D teams to deliver targeted development
  • Support organisational change and transformation to improve effectiveness and performance
  • Provide insight and challenge on organisation design, workforce planning and team effectiveness
  • Lead the delivery of our talent and performance strategy, building a strong performance culture
  • Encourage and support teams to engage with performance processes, tools and systems
  • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines
  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver practical, scalable people solutions

The Person

  • Experience in HR business partnering within a large scale, customer led retail and/or commercial environments
  • Experience managing complex ER cases in partnership with a central ER team, delivering outcomes that are both commercially sound and legally compliant
  • Experience working with cross functional HR teams to deliver joined up people solutions
  • Experience embedding talent and performance frameworks and driving adoption
  • Able to understand organisational challenges and identify practical, effective solutions
  • Able to influence and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Able to think strategically and deliver practical outcomes
