Finance can either report the story or help shape it. This role does both. We're looking for a Finance Manager - FP&A to help drive smarter, faster and more connected decision-making across Holland & Barrett. You'll sit at the heart of a transforming finance function - leading planning and forecasting cycles, improving reporting capability and turning financial data into clear commercial insight that leaders can actually act on. From influencing strategic investment decisions to helping evolve our OneStream reporting environment, this is a role for someone who enjoys making finance more forward-looking, more impactful and far less about just reporting the numbers after the fact.

- Leading budgeting, forecasting and management reporting cycles across the business
- Owning Capex consolidation and improving reporting visibility and insight
- Delivering clear, high-quality reporting, dashboards and financial storytelling for senior stakeholders
- Acting as a key FP&A subject matter expert for OneStream implementation and reporting transformation
- Identifying opportunities across P&L, balance sheet and cashflow through insight-led analysis
- Partnering with finance and non-finance teams to support strategic decision-making and value creation
- Helping drive continuous improvement through greater consistency, automation and smarter processes
- Building strong relationships across Finance and the wider business, influencing with confidence and clarity
The Person:
What you'll bring:
- A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience within retail, FMCG or omni-channel businesses
- Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability
- The ability to communicate financial insight clearly to senior and non-finance audiences
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to challenge constructively
- Experience improving reporting, planning or finance processes in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with OneStream or similar planning/reporting systems would be advantageous
- A collaborative, curious and resilient approach, with a mindset focused on progress and continuous improvement
Benefits:
- 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
- Holiday purchase scheme
- Private medical insurance - single cover
- 24/7 Virtual GP access
- Annual free at-home health testing kit (after 6 months' service)
- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme and Mental Health First Aiders
- Workplace pension with 5% employer contribution
- Life assurance (2x salary, after 6 months' service)
- Annual bonus (subject to company and individual performance) up to 10%
- £50 colleague product allowance on Holland & Barrett products (after 6 months' service)
- 25% colleague discount, available in store and online, with free delivery on online orders
- Free Wellhub membership, with discounted access to gyms, studios and wellbeing apps
- Cycle to Work scheme
- Access to cashback and discounts from a wide range of retailers
