Wellness is booming. So is our digital team. We're scaling our digital operation at Holland & Barrett, and our campaigns are built to trade. That means driving traffic, shifting product, and delivering commercial results across our campaigns.
You'll be working closely with trading teams. This isn't a campaign marketing role. If your experience is mainly in writing copy, building brand narratives, or managing social media calendars - that's all useful, but it's not what this role is about. This is a trading heavy role. It's about delivering commercially focused campaigns, using data to optimise performance, and making sure digital activity drives revenue. If you're not comfortable working with numbers, analysing performance, or aligning with stock and pricing strategies - this probably isn't the right fit. But if you get a buzz from seeing conversion rates climb, spotting trading opportunities in the data, and making campaigns work harder - you'll love this job.
The Role: You'll be supporting the Digital Campaign Manager to deliver trading-led campaigns across our website and app. That means working with commercial teams, managing timelines, briefing creative, and using data to make sure campaigns actually perform. You'll be the person who keeps things on track - spotting issues early, solving problems fast, and making sure campaigns go live cleanly and convert.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
- Planning and delivering digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales - not just impressions. Think seasonal pushes, mega events, super brand days, and category-led promotions that actually drive traffic, shift product, and get noticed.
- Setting up campaigns, checking content accuracy, and solving problems before they become problems.
- Keeping the digital activity calendar up to date and briefing creative requirements to the studio.
- Monitoring campaign performance, spotting issues, and suggesting smart fixes.
- Updating content across homepages, landing pages, and product listing pages.
- Using analytics tools to track KPIs and sharing insights with the team.
- Acting as the link between campaign managers, senior leaders, and wider teams to keep everything on track.
How we'll know you're delivering:
- Campaigns go live on time, with no errors.
- Pages convert, bounce rates drop, and sales go up.
- Stakeholders are aligned and not chasing you for updates.
- You spot issues early and help fix them fast.
- You bring ideas to the table - not just tasks.
Location: We've got offices in Nuneaton and London, and the digital team moves between both. You'll need to spend at least one day a week in Nuneaton (that's HQ), but beyond that, we're flexible. We ask for two days a week in the office, and the rest is up to you - home, coffee shop, wherever you get stuff done. If you're based in London, you won't be the only one hopping between the two.
The Person: What You'll Bring:
- Experience in digital trading, eCommerce operations, or campaign delivery - ideally in a retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using performance tools (GA, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).
- A commercial mindset - you understand how digital activity drives revenue.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
You want to know what's in it for you. Here's a taste:
- The salary's competitive - we'll talk numbers early.
- 25% staff discount across our range - plus free online delivery - so you can live the wellness you help deliver.
- Pension contributions - because future-you deserves a break.
- Free wellness diagnostic tests - knowing your health is the first step to improving it.
- Exclusive discounts on wellness services, gym memberships, and more.
- Perks from other retailers - discounts, advice, and savings from brands you actually use.
- A culture of wellbeing - from mental health support to menopause coaching, we're serious about helping you feel your best.
