  • Maintain a customer‑first approach, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Drive commercial performance by managing sales, cost control, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure stock accuracy, visual standards, and promotional execution are always on point.
  • Uphold high standards of compliance, safety, and wellbeing across the store.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development to help your team perform at their best.
  • Complete product training and keep up to date with new health and wellness trends.
  • Complete our Qualified to Advise training, so you can support customers with trusted expertise.
