Job Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Regional Location: Field based, covering Scotland East or West (26 Stores)

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

What you will be doing:

  • Leading, coaching and supporting around 26 Store Managers and 200 colleagues across your region
  • Driving strong sales performance, operational excellence and customer experience in every store
  • Using data and insight to spot trends, identify opportunities and turn plans into action
  • Building confident, capable store leadership teams through coaching, succession planning and development
  • Championing colleague engagement, wellbeing, apprenticeships and talent development
  • Ensuring high standards of compliance across operations, EHS and audits
  • Managing payroll, shrinkage and controllable costs to maximise commercial outcomes
  • Working closely with central teams including Commercial, HR, Supply and Marketing
