Holland & Barrett in Ayr is looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead a team at Ayr Shopping Centre.

You will support the Store Manager, inspire colleagues, and deliver great customer experiences while championing wellbeing products.

You will coach staff, manage stock, uphold safety and compliance, and contribute to commercial goals through effective deployment and cost control.

Full training is provided, with a 25-hour weekly pattern and £14 per hour.
