Keen to start your retail leadership career with the largest UK Health and Wellness Retailer? Our Retail Supervisors are our next generation of leaders, and we\’ll provide you with all the tools to progress. You\’ll assist in leading and coaching our Store Colleagues and act as a role model for world class customer service. You will assist in driving financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy and ensure full compliance with health and safety. To become a Health & Wellness specialist you\’ll embark on a training programme that includes our Qualified to Advise and Healthy Expert qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3. THE PERSON To be successful, we\’d like you to show us that you have: Previous retail experience Organisation and planning skills to lead a team of colleagues daily Excellent communication The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment Passion and enthusiasm for our products The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results We\’re passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we\’re committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
