You’ll assist in leading and coaching our Store Colleagues and act as a role model for world class customer service.
You will assist in driving financial performance with sales targets, maintain stock accuracy and ensure full compliance with health and safety.
To become a Health & Wellness specialist you’ll embark on a training programme that includes our Qualified to Advise and Healthy Expert qualifications which are accredited by our awarding body to Level 2 and Level 3.
THE PERSON To be successful, we’d like you to show us that you have: Previous retail experience Organisation and planning skills to lead a team of colleagues daily Excellent communication The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment Passion and enthusiasm for our products The ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge The ability to be agile and flexible to multi-task and achieve the best results We’re passionate about helping every colleague thrive across all dimensions of wellbeing, and we’re committed to having a diverse and inclusive workplace.
