The Carnival UK & P&O Cruises Marketing team is key to helping P&O Cruises achieve its ambition to become Britain's holiday choice. Our team of experts drive innovation and effectiveness across the entire customer communications and engagement journey, from using advertising and digital media to source newcomers, to creating meaningful and personalised relationships with our current guests. Working closely with internal and external teams, as well as our trade partners, we strive to deliver the very best guest experience, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey from the moment a cruise is booked.
This pivotal role will involve:
- Lead creation and circulation of communication activation plans (CAP) for brand and product initiatives.
- Maintaining strong and collaborative relationships with key brand partners including BAFTA, Pride of Britain, and Southampton FC.
- Coordinate delivery of aligned communications for priority product initiatives including PR, events, entertainment, and onboard revenue.
- Input into post-implementation reviews (PIRs) and suggest improvements to processes and ways of working.
This role is positioned at CUK09 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
