Pre-Cruise Optimisation (CRO) Executive to bring fresh insights and expertise to our technology department. This pivotal role will involve:
- Supporting delivery of the CRO, personalisation & UX roadmap for Pre-Cruise, working closely with the wider UX/digital team and Senior Executives.
- Co-ordinating and supporting A/B and personalisation tests (briefing into the CRO agency, ensuring builds meet style/brief requirements, and supporting deployment).
- Conducting regular CRO and UX audits, including reviewing user journeys/conversion paths and using on-site feedback/survey insights to inform improvements.
- Supporting day-to-day performance reporting and optimisation activity, including using digital analytics to identify opportunities/issues and contributing to ecommerce optimisation and trading performance.
What You'll Bring
- A/B Testing & Personalisation – supporting/co-ordinating testing and personalisation across the pre-cruise digital estate.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) / Optimisation Tools – utilising optimisation tools and supporting conversion-driving activity and ecommerce optimisation.
- Digital Analytics & Insight – interpreting analytics into actionable insight to identify issues and opportunities.
- UX & Guest Feedback Tools / Auditing – auditing journeys and using guest feedback tools (e.g., Mouseflow & Usabilla/GetFeedback) to maintain standards and improve UX.
