Princess Cruises is seeking a Reservations Advisor to bring our brand to life. You will deliver exceptional customer service to guests and travel partners, resolving queries and driving bookings while meeting sales and telephony targets.
You’ll use product knowledge to recommend cruise holidays, manage bookings from enquiry to confirmation, and ensure accuracy and a memorable guest experience. The role offers hybrid working with two days per week in our Southampton office.
