Job Description

The Accounts Payable Assistant at Carnival UK offers a unique blend of learning, growth, and hands-on experience in the heart of our finance department. Role Overview

Responsible for the accurate and timely input of data from Suppliers invoices into the Finance System (Oracle AP).

Key accountabilities for The Accounts Payable Assistant include:

  • To ensure timely and accurate data entry of non-purchase order invoices in line with departmental KPI\’s and personal input targets set by Management
  • To match invoices with purchase orders within the AP system and effectively assist in the resolution of matching discrepancies
  • Visual screening and data input for non-oracle payments
  • To administer working folder in a timely and efficient manner

This role is classified as CUK15 and is available on a full-time, permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
