Holkham is looking for a driven Weddings & Events Coordinator to join our busy and vibrant team on a permanent contract starting in May. Holkham Events play a crucial role in the varied and evolving events programme at Holkham. Our vision is to be the UK’s most pioneering and sustainable rural estate. As Wedding & Events Coordinator, you will help to maximise income and deliver an allocated number of weddings and events per year, as well as event planning and administration.

The candidate will be highly organised, motivated and enthusiastic, with a keen eye for detail. A ‘people person’, you will enjoy building relationships with clients and suppliers, and take pride in the quality of your work. You will be required to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis. A Full UK Driving Licence will be required.

Salary: £30,000

Hours: 40 hours per week, Wednesday-Sunday. Permanent.

Closing date: 22nd April 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Maximise income and deliver an allocated number of weddings and events per year, including event planning and administration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage event databases and administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the team to support the overall events programme.

Qualifications:

  • Highly organised, motivated and enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail.
  • A people person who communicates well with clients and suppliers.
  • Some experience in hospitality is desirable.
  • Excellent IT skills; ability to manage databases and spreadsheets; strong written communication.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
