You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, act as the first point of contact for tenants and visitors, and keep the office running smoothly.
From diary management and meeting coordination to overseeing supplies, vehicles, and on-call rotas, no two days will be quite the same. You will report to the Holkham Property Company Director but will work with a wide team including surveyors, the building maintenance team, a residential property manager, and the Finance Team, so the ability to juggle priorities and communicate clearly is essential.
You will need at least two years’ experience in an administrative role and have strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience in property, lettings, or construction would be a bonus, as would familiarity with property management software or basic accounting.
