This is an opportunity to work directly with the founding team and play a key role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy from an early stage. The successful candidate will have direct exposure to high-net-worth clients and revenue generation, with significant growth potential as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound sales efforts, including lead generation, outreach and pipeline management
  • Engage with high-net-worth clients to understand their preferences and advise on tailored travel experiences
  • Convert leads into paying customers through structured sales processes and strong relationship building
  • Deliver a high-touch, personalised and concierge-level customer experience
  • Manage inbound enquiries with professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine sales strategy, messaging and go-to-market approach
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with a relevant bachelor degree
